Yellowknife provides strategic branding, enterprise web development, digital infrastructure and AI automation services. The specific scope of each project is defined in individual proposals and contracts.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, designs, logos and code, is the property of Yellowknife or its licensors. Deliverables produced for clients are transferred as agreed in each contract.
4. Limitation of liability
Yellowknife shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or service interruptions arising from the use of deliverables or platforms developed, except where expressly agreed in writing.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by applicable Mexican law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of León, Guanajuato, Mexico.
